Gears of War 5/Xbox Game Pass troubles in general.

So I don't even know if I need to put this here, as i've already talked to the Game Pass team and put in a game pass feedback, as well as talked to a specialist who said they were moving it up to the internal team, but I got an e-mail around 7 or so that
I thought was automated but had a little message in it asking if I could put my problem here on the board for Engineers to look at.

So I can't seem to get Gears 5, or other numerous titles to do download, anytime I try it gives me the 0x80073cfc code, I have reinstalled the Xbox Beta app multiple times, logged in and out of my account, power cycled and reset, messed with my internet, updated
my PC where it needed it, I have a high-end gaming pc so the specs are far above recommended on anything in the store, I've taken screenshots of some of the failing games, as well as some of the ones that work on the store that will let me re-download them.

What had originally happened was I had the game pre-loaded and it refused to launch, it didn't even react to my button prompts of hitting play after a certain point, so I checked the task manager and nothing was in it, so I hit up the various support lines
and was told it might not be unlocked yet, but my friend who has the same pass as I do was already in-game, so I decided to go with a hunch and uninstall the game cause I had thought maybe the pre-load had given me the Ultimate Edition instead of the standard,
cause prior to the launch of the game it did in fact say Ultimate on it, but as of today it just says Gears 5 and looks to be the standard edition, so I uninstalled thinking at worst it's 66GB and shouldn't take that long at all to reinstall, only to find
out now that when I hit download on it and various other games it pops up saying ERROR: 0% with the error code mentioned above.

That's where i'm at now and figured i'd put it out there for the engineers to see.

Edit: I should also mention at first I thought maybe it had something to do with larger file sized games not working, but then titles like Shadows of War would let me download them to play again if I wanted, whereas Blair Witch that was smaller in size that
i've also played before is now giving me that same error.

Supposedly the specialist has taken the case on personally, so I guess i'll keep checking my e-mail and sit on it, maybe it'll let me download it tomorrow, but yeah about half the games let me download them, the other half all give me the same error, so
i'll play the waiting game and see how it plays out, I just put this topic here cause the e-mail asked me to submit it here as well, haha.

It's gotta be a server side issue with game pass or Gears itself it seems like.

If other games are working for you it mostly likely needs a fix on there end.

Thanks for taking the time to post something, but as stated above boss man, I have a high end gaming PC, it's a $4,000 rig, i'm far above anything on the store currently, all of that seems to cover is insufficient equipment, this also isn't just a Gears
5 problem, it's a game pass problem.

Half of my store isn't letting me download it, the other half of it works like normal, so something is going on in the back end that doesn't involve my hardware, i've also taken all the steps I can on my end to ensure that it does work and it's not, so at this
point it's something that needs to be looked at by the engineers, or people working behind the scenes.

I am having trouble with your Gears of War 5 release. I upgraded my xbox game pass account to xbox game pass ultimate and pre installed Gears of War 5. When I tried playing at midnight, the game was not allowed to be played. Not only that I was
not able to play it, it did not download the ultimate edition with all the character packs that go along with it. I tried then installing it on my PC and it was downloading all the dlc that came with the ultimate edition. What is going on with the release
of gears of war 5 on xbox?
