Gears of War 5 PC install missing .dll's

Sorry my bad for coming over being rude but im so fed up about all the stuff happening with the constant changes inside the windows OS that even me the guy that is in his 3rd year of IT doesnt have a clue what conflicting with eachother i have tried so many
things i’ll list them for you maybe you have a clue. I’m just clueless at this point. I don’t have much time to play anyways but i can’t play at all i did like 8hrs of troubleshooting with this issue today and really didnt improve the situation whatsover.
I took a step back from it for now and already filed a bug fix ticket on the Coalition page and also considering putting a forum post if i dont get a reply overnight from them.

The things I have done thusfar:

Install a fresh VCM Client patch 14.0

Use Powershell to manually force the windows store to update (this did have some results giving updates for other apps except gears)

Used cmd for the same thing also using it to install the files using guides provided on forums.

Installed the C++ packs from 2013-2019 which is in the downloads section.

Tried to boot the game on a diffrent xbox account. which is linked to this account

Asked fellow collegues is thats relevant or not

Watched some ‘fixes’ on youtube.

Got fed up and called it a day after 8 hours and spit some fire at you guys since i couldnt keep my mouth shut so sorry about that

Out of my head it is the error code 0x0000020 or something could be wrong its inside the screenshots i posted earlier.

As you can see the person having the issue didnt respond so i was kinda sad that i didnt see the solution i wanted over there. Since the ones provided didnt work for me since its highly possible that the JS the client should sent me is getting blocked somehow
but I dont see where this would happen. For now ill stick with playing on the old xbox but i do hope to play on the pc soon since damn those loading times are

Edit: after reading the last error box for the JS error I think i know what is conflicting atm the ‘node error’ feels extremly familar now.... he and me had a couple fights a week or two ago so yeah

wow what a super help you are really men upgrade win 10 [Mod removed- inappropriate], already on patch 1903 still not working. Have read you needed xbox (beta) app which again also doesnt work men windows store i rate that 10/10 -9 on
the first 10 i dont even know why they did consider you to be a Xbox Ambassador

I don't use any except the stock one microsoft supplies with installations. I did try to disable it an unistall the C++ packages it did not fix it its not your fault so many files these days and i havent seen any issues similar to mine most people reconmended
reinstall but due to data limits i can only install the game once ever 2 days. The thing is it could be solved relatively easy. Since i could add the .dll files manually. But due to reasons the Coalition restricted any access to the files you need some kind
of admin password. I think to be honest that the game is holding back alot of content which is in the game anyways and will be dripfed in mtx (which i wont buy anyways 20usd for a skin are you joking me and at that its even a reskin !? a full skinpack in gears

[Mod Removed-Profanity] but men i wish they just made blu-ray drives for rigs and laptops so we can go back to physical releases i hate DRM and will never support it in any form whatsoever. I play gears 5 since its free i have 5 years of ultimate

Hey don't worry I always check on the progress of issues I pass on and see the resolution one thing that's a bit silly is they have changed alot about pc gaming recently and there's alot of issues but hardly any answers due to some issues being bigger than
others

Hey there after looking at your issue I'm afraid I cant help with it sadly

I'd suggest contacting the devs support for gears and hopefully they will have a fix for this
