gears of war 5 bugs

anyone trying to play gears of war 5 in campaign mode as i finally got the game to play some what stably i have reached the point where you equip jack with the trap and the game is stuck in a loop and i have no use of the controller to exit after you equip
jack ? so i tried restarting the check point it takes you back to the point were you are stuck and re starting the level same again still stuck

apart from trying to restart the game any ideas ( note game is on cd on xbox one s )

There are two options or you wait for an update of the game to see if it is corrected or in subdefect you start the chapter because the bug grabs from the loading point

We thank you for bringing this inquiry to our forums community, and understand that this concerns an inability to leave the menu where Jack is upgraded on your Xbox One S console.

We recommend trying a power cycle
of the console, but if the problem persists, try doing a
soft factory reset of the console, reset and keep games and apps to help reset
the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.
