Gears of War 4 - Xbox One Bundle

I activated the game from my bundle on Nov. 28th and played online. I still have not received my codes. Customer service told me to post here.

Xbox Gears of War 4 and did not receive xbox 360 collection bonus codes

I purchased Gears of war 4 bundle, and have not received the Xbox 360 entire gears of war collection (playable on xbox one) as described bundle description (for Ultimate Edition Gears of War 4)

 

Never received codes for Gears of War collection

I purchased Xbox S Gears of War 4 bundle.

Downloaded the game several weeks ago.

Have played Gears of War 4 online on 19/12/16.

How do I download the rest of the Gears of War collection for free? They are not showing up for free on the Store.

It looks like we sent you codes yesterday. Can you make sure that your Xbox Live privacy settings are set to allow messages from everyone, not just friends, and we can try sending them again?
