Gears of War 4 - Xbox One Bundle, 2 out of the 4 codes aren't working

I have a problem redeeming 2 out of the 4 codes that I got from the GoW 4 bundle on the Xbox One,

I couldn't redeem the codes for GoW and GoW 3, but somehow I was able to redeem GoW 2 and GoW: Judgement,

I was told by support to raise the issue in this forum,

Gears of war backwards compatibility codes

only 2 of the 4 codes work, gears 1 and 3 the codes aren't working, help??

1329479942 - Reference number - Missing Gears of War Ultimate Edition Codes for 2 & 4

Hello, I contacted XBOX ONE support for invalid codes for Gears of War 2 & 4. I purchased the GOW Ultimate Edition bundle and received a working code for GOW 3 - but the codes for GOW 2 & 4 were invalid. Could I please request new codes for GOW 2 &4?

Hey Butron -

So the Gears of War codes, in particular, are very finicky and require that your Xbox Live account matches your physical region. When there is a mismatch of the two, issues like this crop up. If you aren't sure about the mismatch, you can try running your
account through the
migration tool and then try redeeming the codes again. Do note that you can only change regions once every 3 months. If you have recently changed, you will need to wait until the 3 months have passed so you can change regions again. In the meantime, your
Gears of War codes should not expire so they'll be fine to redeem once you're able to migrate your account.
