Gears of War 4 won't show up in My Library after Nvidia activation

Discus and support Gears of War 4 won't show up in My Library after Nvidia activation in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; So I just activated Gears 4 with a promotional Nvidia code.     Gears of War 4 won't show up in My Library after Nvidia activation


    So I just activated Gears 4 with a promotional Nvidia code. The game hasn't been added to my account, however. Any fixes for this?

    NVIDIA promo for Gears of War 4 not showing in my library

    I purchased a new notebook with an NVIDIA 1070 card in it, and this gave me a free promo code for Gears 4. When I redeemed it, it gave me the confirmation code and said it would show up in my Windows Store library. The game never showed up however, so I'm
    curious if anyone else has or had the same problem?

    gow 4 activated via key, is not in my library.

    I reedem gow 4 because of nvidia promotion, in xbox win 10 app i get a message telling me: "Thanks for purchasing Gears of War 4. Here are your codes for Gears of War and Gears of War 2 (ESRB Rating: Mature with blood and gore, intense violence, strong language)
    ************************************" but in my library there is no gow 4, please help.

    Nvidia promo - 360 Gears Collection

    It's not included in the nvidia promotion, but on the MS store it says "purchase and redeem Gears of War 4 before 31st December to unlock Gears 360 Collection."

    I contacted NVidia twice already and have told me to contact Microsoft to check and see if it was successfully redeemed I think my main issue is that I had gears of war 4 preordered on my Xbox when i redeemed the Nivida code and cancelled my preorder on
    gears of war 4 to ensure i wouldn't get charged for it

    Microsoft Store wont let me install Gears 5 without also installing Gears or War 4

    I bought the key/code from a 3rd party reseller. Its downloading right now and in my library, it's called "Gears 5 and bonus Gears of War 4".

    Hi, I know that for a limited time, all purchases of Gears of War 4 include the entire Gears of War Xbox 360 library for free, all playable on Xbox One thanks to Backwards Compatibility!
