Gears of War 4 - Very poor servers / Unfair matchmaking suspensions / Poor support

Having contacting Xbox Support via Live chat twice in relation to the very poor servers on Gears of War 4, which not only make the game almost unplayable, but also unfairly kick players from matches and then proceed to suspend them from matchmaking again.
I manage a social media fan group for this game of almost 17,000 players, whereby it is evident that a very large number of users experience this issue. I have relayed this information on to the developers for both myself and a large number of group members,
I have provided all information required however this is still an ongoing issue, which appears to be getting worse rather than better. Please see this example - [Mod Removed -

Whilst I appreciate that there will be times whereby my connection may have an issue, after contacting Xbox Support the first time, my connection was tested there and then and deemed to be fast. As can been seen in the linked video, this impacts all players
in the lobby and not just a single user, thus clearly demonstrating that the issue with with the servers themselves.

Although this is not part of my complaint, almost 2 years ago TC introduced a region lock, which resulted in many users outside of USA finding it very difficult to find matches, For example my longest matchmaking time to find a single match took 1 hour 54
minutes, to which I feel is totally unacceptable. On the occasion that players outside of USA are able to find a match, this is very often automatically put on to the USA server, making the game very laggy and not enjoyable. I don't feel that this is the quality
of service to which we pay for when purchasing XBL Gold.

I have been attempting to get assistance with this by contacting the developers directly for in excess of 1 year with no joy, with Gears 5 just around the corner, as a potential customer, this lack of care is discouraging me from making the purchase and from
speaking to numerous members of our group, I am aware that this concern is shared by others.

I am making this complaint in the hope to have things improve for myself and the community, and for no other reason. Please investigate this.
