GEARS OF WAR 4 UPSET CUSTOMER WAITING FOR THE CODES AS PROMISED .

I bought this game as a hard copy a few days ago, the game came with download codes for all the other games in the series, however only 2 work the other 2 give me the "oops something went wrong" error.

I bought Gears of War 4 in the Black Friday Sale but I haven´t received the free codes of Gears 1, 2, 3 and others. Or it was a limited time offer?

I am in the same boat, bought the digital copy directly from Microsoft on BlackFriday, still waiting for the GOW collection codes. One case number and 4 interactions with support yielded nothing but a waste of time, every single time the answer I got was
"The codes will be sent to your xbox messages you should get it in a weeks time" . I learnt an important lesson do not buy digital games from Microsoft, I wish steam would sell Xbox and PS4 games too.

Same for me, Gears 2 and Gears Judgment work. But with Gears 1 and Gears 3 there is the problem. I talked with technical support and the only answer I got was that "it's a general problem"....

Great, now I have to wait to play the whole saga again (I've completed the Gears of War 4 campaign already).

same situation here... Last reply i got from xbox support was: go buy a 360 and login into your account from there to activate the backward compatibility.... So if i dont have one i just have to buy another product in order to get the full promised product?

Bait and switch! Microsoft deserves to get sued and boycotted!
