Gears of War 4 Ultimate edition remaining 4 games

I bought a 2tb Xbox one S gears of war edition 2 weeks ago and it came with a digital copy of the Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition and after I redeemed the code it told me that the remaining 4 gears of war games would be sent to me in a message or email,
but it's been 2 weeks and nothing has come through yet. Both Xbox and Microsoft emails come through in my inbox and there's nothing in the spam/junk section. I contacted customer support and they sent me here.

Didnt get gears 1-3 or judgment with my gears of war 4 ultimate preorder

i preordered gears 4 ultimate edition and on the regular edition it says if you preorder it you get gears 1-3 and judgment on the 59.99 edition which comes in the ultimate edition and i would like the codes for the remaining 4 games i waited patiently and
never got the emails containing the codes

 

Gears Of War 4 Season Pass Cannot Be Downloaded

Gears of War 4: Ultimate Edition comes with the Standard Edition plus EARLY ACCESS and SEASON PASS. So by purchasing Gears Of War 4 Ultimate Edition you have already purchased the SEASON PASS as well. For more info:
