Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition Pre-Order

I recently purchased Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition on the Xbox Store after noticing that the description stated it came with the Xbox 360 Gears of War collection (Gears 1-3 and Judgement) for use on Xbox One.

I noticed the description states I need to redeem my purchase of Gears of War 4 by December, 2016 in order to access the collection, however I have yet to receive any sort of redemption code.

I have opened up all the prior Gears of War games in the Xbox Store in the hopes I will find a "Download" button, however my only option is a "See Price" button that brings me to the option to purchase the games.

I contacted Microsoft Support who initially stated the Ultimate Edition did not come with the Gears of War collection and after providing them with the quoted text from the description proceeded to list a number of reasons why I may not have access to the
products.

Some of the reasons specified were that I did not play the purchased game within a certain time period (despite the game not yet being released) or that I reside in a country where the offer is unavailable (Specified countries are China and Japan).

I have reviewed all the conditions required to qualify for the offer and conditions have been met.

I assured the support member that I have not received any codes relating to Gears of War since the purchase.

Microsoft Support was unable to resolve the problem and has since referred me to the forums for help.

I'm hoping the community may offer more assistance in how I can access the previous Gears of War games, as Microsoft Support was little help.

Gears of war free code have not received yet

I have bought the gears of war 4 ultimate edition, during pre-order, and have still not received my free gears of war code yet.
