Gears of War 4 Ultimate edition (NO CODES RECEIVED)

Hi Guys,

I am still awaiting codes, as it seems everyone else is!

Can someone please advise me on this issue? I have contacted support twice and have no been shunted on to this forum page which has got me no where. I paid £80 for this game and have only received part of this issue. If codes are not received within the
next 24 hours I will be chasing a full refund for the game! I have just purchased an Xbox One from selling my PS4 after fancying a change and i am currently highly regretting this after the poor customer service!

Didn't receive GOW legacy codes for pc

I bought the Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition from BestBuy. I didn't received my download codes for Gears of War 1, 2, 3, and Judgment. I only received the download code for Gears of War 4.
