    Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition - Missing Codes, Gears 1 & 2


    Good Morning Xbox Promotions,

    I purchased Gears of War 4 - Ultimate Edition on the 21st OCTOBER 2016, This edition came with a promotional period of codes to redeem Gears of War 1, 2, 3 & Judgement. I understood from reading the terms these would be rolled out after 30 days of the purchase
    date and up to the 31st DECEMBER 2016.

    The issue I have is that I received my codes for Gears of War 3 and Judgement but not for Gears of War 1 and 2, My brother who bought the game the same day I did has received all 4 of his codes at once in the same manner I received just the 2 codes on the
    same day I received these 2 codes.

    I've contacted the support chat on 2 occasions to see if there was an issue here and the 1st time I was told "The codes will be with you by tomorrow" - Call Ref 1363614482, On the 2nd occasion I was directed here and told it was unusual not to receive all
    my codes at the same time in the hopes the team would be able to put some light on this issue! Call Ref - 1363894497 that service rep also stated he did not see any codes sent to me which alleviated my concern that perhaps they were sent and I deleted them
    without realizing!

    So hopefully you can help! if its just a case of wait and the codes will come between now and the 31st DECEMBER 2016 then I will continue to wait happily in the knowledge they ARE 100% in fact coming, If there has been some error be it either on my part
    or on the part of the team your side then I would like to know what I can do to resolve it as I'm currently stuck on this one!! I would love to start playing my copy of gears of war 4 but i'd really like to blitz through all the predecessors before I do given
    that I played them so long ago and barely remember them!

    I have been playing Gears of war 4 online multiplayer on Xbox Live as I'm aware some other threads have stated you need to have played it online! I'm also WAY over 18 (Sadly) and live in the UK so to my knowledge meet all of the criteria!

    Just one last question: I did not get the games codes xbox 360 gears of war 1 2 3 and judgment because I did not play before 26 Decembers on gears of war ultimate edition... But I received the code gears ultimate edition only January 6 :(

    I have Gears of war 1, 3 and Judgment, but Gears of War 2 isn't available in my "ready to install" list, unlike the other items, I have looked at the Xbox Live Market place and Gears of War 2 just says "Bundle Only". I have bought and played Gears of War
    Ultimate Edition from Day one, so why is just Gears of War 2 missing?

    Just to clarify, you get the Gears of War collection (1, 2, 3 and Judgement) with both the Standard or Ultimate edition of Gears of War 4. See here

    You'll receive your codes for the titles within 1 month via an Xbox Live message. Codes are being sent out in waves, so it's hard to estimate a more precise time-frame (though they have already started to be sent out).

    Gears of War Ultimate Edition Promotion

    Gears of War:Ultimate Edition is a stand alone game. It is the remastered version of the first Gears of War game. It does not include the other 4 games. The other 4 games are the original 360 versions and were included in 2 different promotions. You would
    receive codes for the 4 games if you either purchased and played Gears of War Ultimate by December 31, 2015 (the promotion you linked) or if you preordered Gears of War 4 (which would not include the Ultimate Edition).
