Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition - missing codes for Gears 1,2,3 & Judgement

Hello,

I purchased the limited edition 2TB Gears bundle with the Ultimate Edition of Gears, reviewed all documentation and nowhere does it state an expiration date... However, I did redeem all codes and to date I have not received the codes for the 4 previous Gears
games. Contacted Xbox support and they were not able resolve and stated that the game developers (The Coalition) would need to review & issue the promotional codes. The Coalition, when you have a chance, please review and if possible send out the codes for
these games because that was a huge part of the reason as to why I purchased this expensive console. Thank you

Did you redeem the code before December 31? The offer expired on that date. So if you redeemed the code after that date, you would not be eligible for the codes.

I think the Gears 1,2,3 and Judgement codes were in the Gears 4 game. I traded that game without openimg it so I guess I am out those codes.

You would have received the correct codes. The codes you receive are for the 360 versions of the games. There is not an ultimate edition or remastered version of those 4 games.

I believe you are mistaken. If you look at the link above, there is a difference between the Bundled Ultimate Edition and the individual GOW 1,2,3 Judgement. It even indicates on the XBox Website from that link as follows "In Gears of War: Ultimate Edition,
you’ll get the complete remastering of the original game – painstakingly reimagined from the ground up with stunning next-gen graphics,

IT's been reimagined not 'remastered' as I had mentioned but the graphics have been updated so there is quite a difference.

Please help if you can.

I dont know if I'm supposed to put my problem here, or make a new post but I have the same problem... I bought the Xbox 1 with gears of war ultimate addition and when I got my codes to download gears of war 1,2,3 and judgement, I downloaded 3 and judgement
but for got to download 1 and 2 before I deleted the message... I did a dumb de de dumb dumb thing XD and I need help to find out if I could get those codes for 1 and 2. Mostly just 2 because the ultimate edition gears of war already has one.. So please help
