Gears of war 4 Ultimate Edition ISSUE! HELP!

I bought the Gears of war 4 Ultimate Edition from Walmart.

I have the disk in the console and have activated the season pass. when I launch the xbox app on the pc I cannot play the game.

Also when I look in the windows store it shows the season pass as owned but the game itself is not showing up as owned!

Did you download the Anniversary Pack?

Just head on over to our guide on how to upgrade to Windows 10 Anniversary Edition to get started.

After that go to the store and search for Gears of War 4...the standard edition should say Owned and just download that.

Got the same with the download Code for gears 1-2 from digital pre order of gears 4 ulti... i contact Support Feedback app , message my codes in original that i got from MS . but no one help out .. give my disks from 360 out for resell and now i lose my
series for this two titles and MS don´t tell me whats going on now my Money taken and than no words , Support is Horror to this time i mean...... and i Play on xbox from year 2002...
