gears of war 4 ultimate edition digital reward points

I was told by customer service chat that i probably didn't receive the points because it was at a certain date of the month. It is now 11/1 and i still have no received the points for it.

I got an email about receiving a reward credit of 15000 points if I preordered a digital copy of gears of war 4 ultimate edition. I did not get those pints.

I purchased Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition last month (preorder). There is a promotion for 15K rewards points if preordered. I never received these points in my account.

Since you are not a Xbox Live Rewards member, you did not receive Credits for that offer.
