Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition £10 Code

I've been told by Chat Support (1357832466) to post here regarding my £10 Gift Card offered here (Xbox One and Xbox One S Consoles, Games and Accessories | Microsoft Store) which
I was told I would 100% receive by Chat Support (SRX1357209593ID) if I redeemed Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition on Xbox.com.



Hopefully your team can help me out as I have spent quite a while on live chat now lol

Gears of war 4 PayPal promo

I preordered gears of war 4 ultimate edition during the promo period and have yet to receive the $10 code

In the fineprint on that page it says

So I believe you'll get the code or it will be automatically added to your account about 1 month and 1 day after release of the game If I understand correctly

 

Those codes are usually enailed about 10 business days after the game ships. You would need to contact Microsot Store support if you don't receive it since that offer is through them.

 

I contacted Microsoft Store Support, who redirected me to Xbox Support, who redirected me to here, after lengthy chats with each.

I will return 10 business days after the 7th October then, thanks!
