    I bought the gears 4 Xbox one s bundle, and redeemed gears 4 code in 7th of November but still didn't receive the gears 360 collection codes yet, is there an issue?

    i was just told by an xbox rep that she cant find anything in her "tools" and that she cant help me so i should go to the forums what a joke.

    Are you using computer or the console ? Gears of war classic collection you got by buying gears of war 4 are unplayable on the computer, you can only play on the xbox one or xbox 360.
