Gears of War 4 Rockstar Promotion code issue

Hello. I am having an issue with the Gears of War 4 Rockstar Energy Promotion. It seems I have been sent the wrong code and I am unable to obtain a certain DLC pack because of it. I reached out to the support chat and they asked me to post the issue here.
The codes I was issued worked fine, but the website skipped an unlock for me. I needed the code for Gear Pack 3, and for some reason it sent them in this order :1,2,4, and Walmart Exclusive. I am able to provide any issue necessary. Thank you.

RockstarEnergy promo

I redeemed 4 codes for the gears 4 promotion from rockstar energy and haven't recieved a single pack or emblem or skin anything from the promotion

 

Looking for promotion credit

Gears 4 rockstar promotion. I bought 6.00$ worth of cans and I got 4 codes entered them in with my Xbox live account on the Rockstar code page and it said I was rewarded with them. Go to my account looked for the rewards and I had no rewards nor did it
add it to my gears 4 profile

 

I was given the Gear Pack 3 code by someone on the forum, but if its possible to make mine obtainable from the promotion page I'd like to give one back to him. If not he said its all good.

Sorry to hear about the issue. Unfortunately, we do not have any way of replacing or issuing a new token if the website glitched out. Additionally, according to the

Rockstar FAQ, they are also unable to replace the code or provide any other way of unlocking the DLC.
