Gears of war 4 refund?

I'm writing this post in response to Microsoft support, I am trying to get a refund for my digital version of gears of war 4 ultimate edition. My reasons being, before Launch the game was said to be a return to the games roots and its dark/horror atmosphere
and it turned out to be the complete opposite. The horde mode has glitches where it won't allow me to place power in the fabricator or not even let me pick it up period. With the latest update on November 1st 2016 I can't even connect with other players in
horde mode. The versus mode was fine when it launched but after multiple updates the game has many tuning issues that they can't seem to balance. I feel I bought an unfinished game for $100 and was lied to from the beginning on what the game was going to be.

Does anybody else find the 4k mode on the Xbox One X version of this blurry when moving, looking or panning the camera around? (Characters don't blur, just scenery when panning the camera).

 

Forum support is not able to issue refunds, so I'm not sure why they would send you here. You would need to work with phone/chat support for a refund, but keep in mind that everything on the marketplace does state that there are no refunds so there is no
guarantee they will give one.
