Gears of War 4: Purchased it, but didn't get the previous gears games

Upon purchasing Gears of War 4 before December 31, 2016, you are eligible to get the entire Xbox 360 Gears of War collection for use on Xbox One which includes Gears of War, Gears of War 2, Gears of War 3, and Gears of War: Judgement. Tokens for download will

To check, do you see the transaction for Gears of War 4 listed when you sign into your
Microsoft Account Order History? When did you originally purchase Gears of War 4?

Also, just to make sure, are you signed into the Xbox App with the same account that you originally used to purchase Gears of War 4, on your previous PC?

***! I'm so mad at that too, I bought this week the gears of war bundle to get all gears of war games and I didn't get the previous games. Also I can't get ahold of anybody and this will end by December 31st. Is there someone to help me? My gamer tag is

Hi Jacky. I believe that the deal containing all of the previous GoW games was only a
pre-order bonus. The game launched on October 11th, so if you purchased on the 17th you may not have been eligible.
