Gears of War 4 promotional codes

I purchased the Xbox One Gears of War 4 Bundle. Customer Service confirmed on February 12, 2017 that I am owed codes to download Gears of War 1, 2, 3 and Judgment. I completed installation of Gears of War 4 on February 13, 2017 and played the first portion
of the game. I was told to wait 7 to 10 business days. I have still not received the codes. I am currently chatting with Customer Service. They assure me I am owed these download codes and have instructed me to post on this forum.

The exact wording from Customer Service member Blake:

"Message: Explain that you have purchased the Gears of War 4 bundle but you didn't receive the earlier versions of Gears of War 4. You have contacted support and they said that it would normally take 7 to 10 days but its already over 10 days and I haven't
received it yet. I downloaded it last Feb 3 (based on support records)

gears of wars 4 promotional code missing

bought gears of wars 4 from xbox live store but i didnt receive the gears of wars collection promotional code. please help me

 

Gears of War 4 Ultimate: Ultimate Edition

Hi guys, I just got GoW 4 Ultimate Edition and it seems it comes with 4 additional games.

I'm wondering if the Gear of War game code is for the new Gear of War Ultimate Edition for XBOX ONE? From a promotional picture I saw it was the 360 version, why would they do that?

 

Sorry,but support gave you incorrect information. That offer ended on December 31, 2016. Since you made the purchase last month, you would not be eligible for the codes.

 

yeah if you read the promo details it does say last year

And it had to be downloaded and installed and played Online before the end of last year
