gears of war 4 promo collection code not yet recieved

hello, i purchased gow4 on the 25th of december, and i have not yet recieved the message containing the key/token for the gow collection, is there any way to accelerate this procedure?

I bought gears of war 4 the 12th of October, and still haven't received promo codes for the gears collection.

 

It can take up to 30 days to receive the codes.

Keep in mind that Gears of War collection codes will continue to go out in waves. Please check out the Gears of War 4 store description for
information on how these codes go out. This includes Gears of War 4 codes included in the Gears of War 4 Xbox One S bundle. Once that code is redeemed on your account, you should receive your games within 30 days.
