Gears of War 4 promo codes not received

I preordersd Gears of War 4 and have not received the codes for the previous GOw games. When will I receive them, it's been over a month and still I have not received any codes yet!!!

unable to receive promotional codes for the gears collection after buying GOW4

I bought gears of war 4 the 12th of October, and still haven't received promo codes for the gears collection.

You may be receiving them closer towards launch, because the pre-order promotion lasts until launch. Don't worry! I'm sure the Gears developers don't want to mess with your money

Physical copies of the game will come with codes for each of the four titles to download via Xbox Live. For those who purchase digitally, your codes will be sent via Xbox Live message – we’ll be sharing more information on digital distribution
closer to launch.

We are unable to speculate on specific dates for this promotion. However the game's launch date is October 11, 2016 so keep an eye on that page above for further information as we get closer to that date.
