Gears of war 4 problem

one day I went to open gears of war 4 and it said it "do you own this game or app" with an error code, I don't remember what the code was but I'll tell you why. I had gotten gears of war 4 with the battlefield 1 bundle around Christmas, because you could
choose an extra game. It had a download code but, not a disk. So when I went to play some multiplayer horde, it said the error message mentioned above. So I went to the internet and Xbox code search but could not find a solution. I'd tried everything but uninstall
it and reinstalling it. So I decided to uninstall and reinstall it since I had no other choice. When I uninstalled it it just went away. I mean it didn't show back in the ready to install section. I couldn't redownload it from the store without buying it.
So it didn't give me the option to reinstall it so I assume I can't get it back, although if you can find a solution to my problem I would really appreciate that.

Solution 1: Check your online game library

With your Microsoft account signed in, visit this
link and check if Gears of War 4 is there.

Solution 2: Clear Persistent Storage

1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the Guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select Disc & Blu-Ray.
5. In the Blu-Ray section, select Persistent Storage.
6. Select Clear persistent storage.
7. Restart your Xbox One console. Check if you're now able to install the game.

Solution 3: Clear MAC Address

1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the Guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select Network.

4. Select Personalization.
5. Select My home Xbox.
6. Select Make this my home Xbox to designate the console as your home Xbox.
7. Restart your Xbox One console. Check if you're now able to install the game.

Solution 5: Remove and re-add your Microsoft account on Xbox One

Solution 6: Reset your Xbox One to factory defaults

1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the Guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select System.
5. Select Console info & updates.
6. Select Reset console.
7. On the Reset your console? screen, select Reset and keep my games & apps. You should use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting
   your games or apps. This will save you from downloading or reinstalling the large game files. After its completion, check if you're now able to install the game.
