Gears of War 4 Pre-Order Rewards

Hello,

Back in October, I got an email from Xbox Live Rewards, saying that I would get 15,000 rewards points for pre-ordering Gears of War 4. I pre-ordered the game through Microsoft, but never received my rewards points. Was there something else I had to do to
earn them?

I am missing reward credits for a promotion

You had a September promotion to pre order Gears of War 4 and receive reward credits. Well I pre ordered a few months ago so I would fall into the no man left behind part of the promotion and I pre ordered the gears 4 ultimate edition so I should get 10000
reward credits but I'm yet to receive them. Can you please add them to my account? Thanks.

Gears of War 4 with previous games

Sites say when you buy / pre order you get gears of war 4 ( on release ofcourse ) and gears of war 1 , 2 , 3 and judgement .

Now my question is when i pre order it on the xbox store will i get gears of war 1-3 and judgement on the release of 4 or just when i complete the payment for gears of war 4 ?

Did you preorder the game as a physical disc from microsoftstore.com or digitally from Xbox? Digital orders are not eligible for that offer.

You received those Credits on September 14th. They were a part of your September 28th deposit. These events are listed on your MyStatement on the Myrewards page. The offer was 10,000 for an Ultimate Edition purchase, or 5,000 for Standard.

Pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP. You received Credits for your purchase of Gears of War 4 due to a special offer we ran in September. That offer was unique in that it also rewarded purchases made previously to the offers release. Normally, pre-orders
are not eligible for MyVIP, and are only Rewarded via special offers, located on the MyMissions page.
