Gears of War 4 Pre-load problems

I have been trying to pre-load Gears of War 4 for days now through the XBox store and the download keeps restarting after a certain point. I have Windows 10 fully updated and my video drivers are current. Can somebody help me figure out where to go
from here?

I have purchased the ultimate edition of gears of war 4 on the xbox store due to the fact that i am a big gears fan and am wondering when the pre load for the game will be thanks.

Why didn't I get credit for pre-ordering COD infinite warfare

These problems are currently being investigated. You can read about this on the official gears of war forums. I guess we need some patience here. This will probably be resolved soon.
