Gears of War 4 playlists gone?

I've had Gears 4 installed on my device since launch and have had no issue until last week. All of a sudden all of the playlist info was missing so I couldn't search for any multiplayer game. We tried different gamertags and it was the same for everyone.
We tried our other xbox's and they were working fine - so it seemed to just be the install on the one device.

So I uninstalled it and reinstalled it - and that solved the problem . . . but only for a couple of days - and then it happened again. I've had to do this a couple more times and can't figure out why it keeps recurring. Anyone have any ideas? I'm thinking
about resetting the xbox - but that's an extreme thing to do that I'd like to keep as a last resort.

Hi Brad - it's the only game - and it's only happening on this console (we have others and they're having no issues).

This is the digital version - I had it installed since launch before going through the reinstall process when this has happened recently.

Is this the only game being affected? Also, is it a disk version or digital version?

No that not what I meant, go to Setting on the Xbox then go to Power & startup after go Turn off or restart from there select Full shutdown.

Don't restart it try to do full shutdown (not the factory one) with the game installed and launch the game and the problem should solve.
