    Hello.

    I bought Gears of War 4 and it came with 4 additional games to redeem. I have been able to redeem 2 of them but Gears of War 1 and 3 will not redeem. I have seen other threads on this and my regional settings are correct. The error though

    Hey! I purchased Gears of War 4 way back in November with my XBOX ONE S. I am just now seeing my promo codes to redeem the other 4 past xbox 360 games but when i tried to redeem them on my console, they vanished after redeeming one code that wasnt even gears
    of war related. Please help me with resending my promo codes, i really wanted to play the other past games.

    Hey rmxsantiago,

    When did you redeem the Gears of War 4 code? This promotion does not go by purchase date for physical bundles, but codes are sent 7-10 days after the digital code is redeemed on your account.

    If you only recently redeemed the Gears of War 4 game code, please check back with us if you don't receive your codes 10 days after that redemption date.

    The website you're linking to is actually for the Gears of War: Ultimate Edition promotion and not the actual promotion for Gears of War 4. You can find more info on that promotion

    HERE    . To clarify, only codes for the Backward Compatible titles are sent. There is no promotion that offers the Remastered Ultimate Edition currently.

    Keep in mind that Gears of War collection codes will continue to go out in waves. Please check out the Gears of War 4 store description for
    information on how these codes go out. This includes Gears of War 4 codes included in the Gears of War 4 Xbox One S bundle.
    Once that code is redeemed on your account, you should receive your games within 30 days.



    To qualify, purchase and redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox Live by December 31 2016. Tokens for download will be sent in waves through Xbox Live in-dash message system within one month of redemption. Must be 17+. Xbox One, broadband internet (ISP fees apply)
