Gears of War 4 Nvidia promotion

I redeemed a code that was given for purchasing a GTX that would allow you to get Gears of War 4 I used it and got a confirmation email and everything in it I was expecting to get a code to preorder but it said you already own this game because I already
had it preordered and later cancelled it after redeeming the Nvida code to make sure I wouldn't get charged for it in the future for any reason but the game does not appear in my ready to install list on my Xbox and on my PC Gears of War appears in my library
and when I click on it in my library down in the bundles the standard edition will show that I own the product but when I click on the item it says I have to pay 59.99 $. I contacted Xbox Support and they haven't done much to relieve my problem and scheduled
a follow up call with me on the release date to check if my situations been resolved but I have a feeling it wont by then. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nvidia promo - 360 Gears Collection

I bought Gears of War 4 through the Nvidia promotion.

Do I still qualify for the free Gears of War Xbox 360 Collection?

I had gears of war 4 preordered digitally on my xbox and I then filled out everything for the NVidia promotion and when I got a confirmation email it said I already own this game and was expecting a code so I cancelled my preorder to make sure I wouldn't
get charged for it and now I'm so confused because ive been told so much from different people was I suppose to get a download code in my confirmation email or should I expect to get one the day it comes out?
