Gears of War 4 LE Console Content Download Error

So I got this gears 4 xbox one s.

It came with two codes. One for the game and the other for whatever extras are included with the console.

Game downloaded fine, but I keep getting the same error when I try to download the extras.

It's appearing in my ready to install list when I go to manage game, but I can't download it.

Listed as:

"Xbox One S Gears of War 4 LE Bundle Content Packs"

You should receive the 360 gears codes within 7-10 days of the games launch. As for the other content, the Official Gears of War site has a great

FAQ section regarding that content.

Gears of War 4 Xbox One S Limited Edition Content

Appears as DLC under Manage Game: Yes

Where to find your content: In Customization for Vintage Oscar Pack. Bonus Gear Packs in ‘Unopened Gear Packs’ in the store menu.



The Gears of War 4 Xbox One S Limited Edition content contains the Vintage Oscar Pack, which contains the Vintage Oscar character, Vintage Oscar emblem, a Vintage Oscar Bounty and two Vintage weapon skins. You also get 6 Bonus Gear Packs with the Console.



I get an error when I try to download my content.

We have a workaround for this issue that should allow you to install the content while the issue is being fixed:



1. Launch "My Games & Apps"

2. Highlight Gears of War 4

3. Press 'menu' on the controller

4. Select "Manage game"

5. Highlight "Xbox One S Gears of War 4 LE Bundle content packs"

6. Press the 'menu' button and choose "Go to details"

7. Once the store page loads, select "Install"



Please post in this thread with your Gamertag and state that this content is receiving a download error if this workaround does not solve your issue.



Where do I find my content?

The Vintage Oscar pack, including Vintage Oscar character, weapon skins and emblem, can be found under Customization.



Your Bonus Gear Packs will appear in your ‘My Gear Packs’ inventory, found in the Store menu.

Erro on vocês of Xbox 360 games on Xbox one

I bought a game on physical media of the gears of war 4, it came 4 other codes of the 360.

I was able to download the Gears of War 2 and judment, I couldn't download the Gears of War and gears of war.

The error says I can't download in my language, changed the region and gave the same error

 

i have same problem with the gow4 elite controller pack , i cant download it

 

Since it's in our downloads list, we definitely have it.

I'm sure they will sort it out, but I guess someone needs to pass the information along that there is a problem.

I also entered a code that I got for pre-ordering from Best Buy and that didn't show up at all. Nothing in my list, and when I try to enter the code again, it says that it's already been redeemed.

 

Same thing here. I'm able to see it after going to manage Gears of War 4. The game itself is still installing so I'll try again after.

I was having the same issue, but I may have found a way to install it. In the ready to install menu I pressed the menu button on the bundle and selected "View store details" or something like that. It took me to the bundle page on the marketplace which gave
me the redeem code page for a second before I canceled it. Then from the store page I hit "Install now" above the "You own this product" text. It's installed but there's no thumbnail for it on my installed games page under GOW4, once the game is installed
I'll find out if it's still bugged.

We paid almost $500 for the bundle and opportunity to play the game early...they got my money 3 months ago, I'd like to be able to play the game. If it doesn't download tonight, there should certainly be some free content for those of us who have preordered
long in advance, just to be left sitting with nothing. I'm begging you Microsoft...please fix this soon.

I'm not able to install this either.

 

I contacted Microsoft support about this. I have two consoles in my house and it doesn't work on either. I'll update on here once there is a resolution.

 

Same problems, and not only Gears of War console bundle contencty pack is missing but also season pass and all other DLC's too...
