Gears of war 4 issues

Hello my name is lazaro and ive been playing gears of war since i got to my house after pre ordering it and just recently their as been some very very odd issues going on with my account or i dont what is the issue but i work 51 hrs a week and i barely but
when i play...hm trust me i play. but that is not the point the reason why i am contacting you is because the past 3 days ive been suspended from gears of war 4 match making foe 3 day....take note i am fully aware the penalties, all of them but.....i personally
never quit from a matching making match im guilty of quiting social quickly play but never match making. So therefore there should be no reason once so ever that the past three day after coming home from work first and trying to get those 300cp but as soon
as i look for a match it suspends me..

1st day- 5hr 34min

2nd -7hr 22min

3rd day- (are u ready?)

3rd day was 1day 56hrs 46min

And it was my first game....

................microsoft i have high super high respect and i love you your amazing

Does anybody else find the 4k mode on the Xbox One X version of this blurry when moving, looking or panning the camera around? (Characters don't blur, just scenery when panning the camera).
