Gears of war 4 Infinite loading act 4 Chapter 1

Infinite loading act 4 Chapter 1. The sound from the video where you save Marcus, but on the screen only a picture of loading level. What to do? It is impossible to continue the progress. Reinstalling the game did not help.

just act 4: chapter 6 and act 5: chapter 2, along with chapter 1 in raams shadow.

Have a digital copy for windows 10. The game crushes at a specific point, only a reboot helps. In other games such problems were not observed. Specification: Laptop MSI GT80 TITAN SLI, core i7 5950, 32 Gb RAM, GTX 980m sli, driver 376.48.
