Gears of War 4: Have Not Received Early Access Beta Code

Hello Microsoft,

I have played Gears of War Ultimate Edition before the cutoff for early access to the gears of war 4 beta and I have been an xbox live gold member for years. I still have not received a beta code through notifications on xbox live and I have to say I am
a bit disappointed. I know that the codes were being staggered based on when the game was played, but to not receive a code until the day the open beta starts after being promised one it frustrating. I was hoping that someone could verify my account and help
me get through this issue. I have been loyal to xbox for years and I am hoping I won't be disappointed again.

Haven't received Gears of War 4 Beta early access code

I haven't received a Gears of War 4 Beta early access code even though I am eligible. I have Gears of War Ultimate Edition and have also not received any Backwards Compatibility codes for Gears of War 2, 3, and Judgement even though I know they are released
in waves I never received anything.

We began sending codes to eligible users on November 19th, and will continue sending codes on a regular basis through early January. If you have not received your codes yet, please be patient - all eligible users will receive their codes by early January!

If you haven't already, please check out our Gears of War: Xbox 360 Collection FAQ to make sure you have everything covered to be eligible!

As for the beta, the Gears of War 4 beta does not come included on a disc. As long as you play Gears of War Ultimate before March 1st 2016 you'll have access to the beta

Keep an eye out for further communication for the beta as it gets closer.

Sorry to hear you didn't receive you Gears of War 4 Beta code. If you still haven't received it you should still be able to play it, as Gears of War 4 is now open beta

Just search for it in the Xbox Store and you should have immediate access. If you're
still having trouble please create a new thread and let us know.

According to the Gears of War website, there have been several reports of missing Early Access beta codes and they are currently working to resolve the issue. Reportedly, "tokens are being distributed in chronological order based on when you played Gears
of War Ultimate Edition and should all be delivered by this Thursday, April 21."

If you have found out you are not eligible for Early Access beta codes, have no fear an open beta will be rolling out on April 25 to May 1!

Regarding the Beta for Gears of War 4

please be aware that codes for the Beta are send out in batches during the days, so not everybody will receive the code on the same day.

We are staggering entry to the Beta to help ensure we maintain stable server access for our fans. From April 18th onwards, codes will be sent in waves to a set number of qualifying Ultimate Edition players per day, so keep an eye on your Xbox Live messages
to see when your access begins.

You also mentioned QB codes, if you mean Quantum Break and the codes for Alan Wake and Windows 10, Support is investigating the issue that users have not received their pre-order content from pre-ordering Quantum Break. All eligible users will receive an
Xbox Live message with further information.

Unfortunately there is no expected date time yet though
