I still have not received my code for the legacy emblem. I was told it could take up to a month after the release and then referred to the forums. So how does this work?

Did Not Receive Gears of War 4 Legacy Rewards

I've played Gears of War 1-3 with my gamer tag and logged into my account over the past year, but I have not received my Gears of War 4 Legacy Rewards (emblem or supply crate). Could you please add the emblem to my account and message me the redemption code
for the supply crate? Please let me know if you have any questions.

There isn't an individual code sent out for the legacy emblem. If you've played previous Gears of War games, you should have access to it in the customization menu. Let us know what you find there.
