Gears of war 4 DISC is NOT a Cross-Buy!

Discus and support Gears of war 4 DISC is NOT a Cross-Buy! in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I thought by buying the game I'd be able to play on my PC and but this is NOT the case.     Gears of war 4 DISC is NOT a Cross-Buy!


    I thought by buying the game I'd be able to play on my PC and but this is NOT the case. If you buy the disc version you do NOT get the PC version. Now I'm out $60 because the store I purchased from does not carry the digital download card and will not take
    it back. I wish this was clearer on commercials.
