    Gears of war 4 Digital download redemption


    I bought a digital download code on Amazon yesterday for GoW4 pre-load on PC and after redeeming on it I am not able to download the game. I'm signed into my Microsoft account and it doesn't acknowledge that I have the credit for the download. It says I
    need to purchase the game even though I've already paid for it. I called Xbox support who confirmed the that code I got was verified. I've searched in xbox app for the download as well but its still not available. No idea why its not coming up. I really wanna
    play GoW4 Gears of war 4 Digital download redemption :(

    Hey fxbanker,

    You received a disc copy of Gears of War 4? If so, the codes should be located in the case if the bundle you purchased was specially marked. In order to receive the Gears of War 4 codes over Xbox Live, you would need to redeem a digital code for Gears of
    War 4, or would have had to purchase digitally through the Xbox Store. If you did redeem a Gears of War 4 code for the
    digital version, then Smwutches is correct that you will receive the codes within 30 days of the code redemption date.

    Please let us know if it is not digital so we can further narrow this down!

    Tokens for download will be sent in waves through Xbox Live in-dash message system within one month of redemption (Redemption must be by December 31 2016)
