It has been almost a month and still no codes, help please.

The Xbox 360 Gears of War collection includes Xbox 360 titles Gears of War, Gears of War 2, Gears of War 3 and Gears of War: Judgment. To qualify, purchase and redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox Live by December 31 2016. Tokens for download will be sent in waves
through Xbox Live in-dash message system within one month of redemption.

If you meet the qaulification for this promotion, you need to wait 7-10 days from the date of purchase before you receive the code via Xbox Messaging.

If it is more than 7-10 days and you have not yet received the code, you can post at the General Sales
& Promotions forums page.

I bought Gears of War 4 in the Black Friday Sale but I haven´t received the free codes of Gears 1, 2, 3 and others. Or it was a limited time offer?

 

- I know that the offer includes both retail and digital purchases. Any purchase made before the end of 2016 will receive a code to download all the
Gears games. The code will expire on December 31, 2016 so don’t forget to redeem it before then. But now i have a problem with redeeming them. There are somekind a advertising fallacy because games like GoW 1-3 and Judgement are region locked. It
depends where you are living. I bought GoW 4 and hoped to play previous games also, but i could not because they are locked. I am disappointed because of it.

 

I got the Xbox One S GoW4 bundle myself, but I got the codes like 3-5 business days after registering/redeeming my GoW4 code. They showed up in my Xbox msg system on my pc... not sure how it would show up on xbox I then redeemed them from my pc not the xbox
as I don't use the xbox it's something I got for my family (kids & wife). But I'm sure you can redeem via the xbox as well. If you did redeem the GoW4 game I'd think you should have received the codes, they aren't emailed they just show up in the msg'ing
center thingy.

 

I'm still waiting myself. My concern is that the promo ends on the 31st and I got my 1s for xmas and installed the game that day. Still no codes and I have checked the message center daily, as well as email for my live account. Nothing yet.

 

I don't know if this is related... but it could be... I was trying to purchase digital codes for GoW4 and a friend was for the first 4 last night neither of us could get the purchase to go through on a couple of sites. I called 1 he called another and turns
out the were sold out of digital codes and the company was back ordered for new ones. The company being Microsoft. So I'm wondering if that is maybe the issue... whether it be a system error and their systems aren't able to produce new codes for whatever
reason at the moment or just the people who handle it are on vacation for the holidays???? To much of a coincidence for it not to be true or at least partially true.

But my guess is as long as you registered/redeemed or whatever your codes before the deadline you're golden, that is from my experience how these things go. So really you just have to remain patient...

 

I received the first two games codes almost instantly to my messages but nothing since then

 

I had an XBox One S Gears of War 4 Bundle; installed and played same day; still awaiting codes... I can't figure out how to directly contact support to raise the issue?
