    gears of war 4 crimson omen controller home button not working.


    I just got my xbox one s GoW 4 limited edition console. I immediately noticed that the home button on the controller does nothing, i know that it should bring the home screen up everytime i press it, among others. Sometimes it responds, mostly it doesn't.
    I already tried the hard reset, i unplugged the power cord, update the controller, used a usb cable, etc, but none of them worked. It is disappointing because the device is basically brand new. I don't know how to fix the problem.

    Hey BlackMamba10824! Double check and make sure the controller is
    fully up to date    . If you're still having the issue you may want to try a
    factory reset     of the console. If you recently got the console and are still within the return policy the best option would be to take it back to the retailer for an exchange. Thanks!

    I got 3 controllers,

    Standard xbox one controller

    Lunar white edition

    gears of war crimson omen limited edtion

    all the D pads on the controllers feels different. just pick one that fits the best :)
