Gears of war 4 Columbus Supporter Packs

It states that the packs will no longer have duplicate cards how ever i have received the same eports skins 2 times on more than one weapon. i really want to complete my set and with the no duplicates i was very excited to be able to but it seems it is still
giving duplicates and i do not want to have to spend a lot of money to complete them. what do i have to do to get this fixed?

It appears to be a conflict with Gears of War ultimate edition DLC.

Because Adam Fenix is actually DLC for Gears of War Ultimate edition.

Installing the brothers to the end uninstall the adam fenix pack in Gear of war Ultime edition

Reinstalling the adam fenix pack will uninstall the brothers to end from gears of war 4

Do you have Gears of War ultimate edition for Xbox one? (the remake of the original greats). You need to have that to screw the skin packs for gears 4.
