Gears of War 4 codes for prior Gears games

For purchasing Gears 4, I received 4 codes from Xbox. The first message had two exact same codes for Gears 1, the second message had codes for Gears 3, & Gears Judgment. So the first Xbox message did not give me a code for Gears of War 2.

I just would like an actually code for Gears of War 2.

gears 4 promo code not sent

I purchased gears of war 4 on October 15th and never received a message with the codes for the prior games per the promotion.

Missing Gears of War Collection Codes

I purchased Gears of War 4 last October and was supposed to receive the Gears of War Collection (1, 2, 3, Judgement) codes if I played prior to December 31, 2016. I did in fact play the game then and purchased the game, so as I went to download the prior
games today for some nostalgia I saw that I was only sent Gears of War 1 and 2 codes. I never received codes for the other two. They were supposed to be sent out as messages, but again, I only received messages containing codes for Gears 1 and 2, not 3 and
Judgement.

To clarify, as long as you redeem the code for the Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition that came with your console, yes, you will receive codes for all prior Gears of War games. Do note that those codes are sent out >>within
a month of redeeming your code<< so if after 30 days you don't have your games, post back and let us know and we'll take a closer look.

Congrats on your new Xbox One S! This is from the Gears of War 4 store page:

To qualify, purchase and redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox Live by December 31 2016. Tokens for download will be sent in waves through Xbox Live in-dash message system within one month of redemption.

That just means you had to redeem/purchase Gears of War 4 by December 31, 2016. The codes for the prior games will be sent to you within the next 30 days and will be valid when they arrive.
