Gears of War 4 code not working

I contacted the support via live chat and the person i was talking to (Jayson) told me to post a thread here with my code.

code 1 and 3 not working

I got the 4 codes for the Gears of War collection that came free from purchasing Xbox One S 1TB Gears of War 4. But Gears of War 1 and Gears of War 3 codes are not working.

That aside, where did you obtain the code from? Knowing that will help us determine what our options are.

We'd be happy to take a look. To clarify, where did you obtain the code from? Was it part of a promotion for example? If so, can you please link us to the promotion so that we can take a closer look? Also when you try to redeem the code, what error message
an/or error code are you seeing? Are you able to redeem the code on xbox.com? HERE
