Gears of War 4 closes on startup

I have a week with my new Xbox One S console, I bought the game GOW4 digital and I downloaded it completely and when I started it before the menu appears it closes automatically and redirects me to
the xbox interface.

Thanks, but I already tried with the options that the Support gives and still I have the problem

Sorry you are having issues with your game, there are multiple solutions for this issue. First, as Jurgen was saying a power-cycle for your console is the best way to start: Hold the power button for 8 seconds or until the console shuts off.

during gameplay".
