Gears of War 4 bundled codes for 1 and 3 not working

Discus and support Gears of War 4 bundled codes for 1 and 3 not working in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Title says it all. I got the codes, but 1 and 3 are not working at all.     Gears of War 4 bundled codes for 1 and 3 not working


    Title says it all. I got the codes, but 1 and 3 are not working at all. Can I get some help please?

    code 1 and 3 not working

    I got the 4 codes for the Gears of War collection that came free from purchasing Xbox One S 1TB Gears of War 4. But Gears of War 1 and Gears of War 3 codes are not working.

    Sorry to hear about the issue with redeeming the codes. Have you tried the Prepaid Code Troubleshooting guide yet? Sometimes that can help out. Where are you physically
    located currently? Does your account match the region? Is your console also connecting to Xbox Live within that region? Try to redeem the code on xbox.com HERE and let us know if you're also seeing the same error
    message and error code. Please also post the error message and error code here as well.

    Thanks for replying so quickly. I have attempted both things you suggest.

    Currently I live - physically - in Canada. My e-mail account matches that. My Xbox Live account in my XBox one is in Canada too. The error codes I get are similar to this:

    XBOS-3012

    I finally solved the issue. The problem was that I had to run the migration tool since I moved to Canada, and apparently one of my accounts was in canada, just not... traslated to canada?

    Anyway if anyone else has this issue, refer to the Microsoft Migration Tool and test it out.

    Cannot download Gears 1 and 3 codes

    I have same issue. Bought the Xbox One S bundle with GoW4 1TB. I got the codes last night. Codes for Gears of War and Gears of War 3 didn't work.

    Region free games??? Purchase xbox in one country and buy games in another country.

    This seems no longer to be true.

    Games purchased from other regions will play if physical disk, but any connected download codes will not work.

    There are issues for example with the Gears of War 1-3 codes (included with Gears of War collection) and the Fallout 3 codes (that came with Fallout 4).
