Gears of war 4 bundle bonus

Like I stated on a previous post I still haven't get the email with the codes for gears of war 4 that I was supposed to get post purchase... last time I posted I was told I was supposed to get it January 9 the latest like usual Microsoft is all advertisement
just to make a sale but doesn't actually provide what was advertised on the website all false promotion... first my Forza bundle came with absolutely no games at all had to contract support for 4 days just to get what I paid for and now "the bonus game" that
was supposed to be emailed post purchase never arrives... great job, definitely making customers happy!!
