To whom it may concern,

I bought Gear of war 4 ultimate edition pre-order version, I have been with Xbox live member for 10+ years since the original Xbox was out I have always gotten all the GOW games DVD & DLC on 360 along with all the DLC for the complete weapon skins in the
past, now for gears of war 4 I was really busy the week that was going to have early access and did not have time to download the game in order to play 4-5 before release date I don't know if this has anything to do with it but I notice I did not get the
bonus content "Brothers to the end" Elite gear pack with: Zombie Dom, old man Marcus, tomorrow Anya, gold wave lancer weapon skin or the gold wave Gnasher skin.

if you can please contact me about this I would really appreciate it I have been a loyal fan and customer please see that I get at least a call or email about this in order to get it resolved.

Pre-orderd Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition, still missing the pre order bonus DLC: The Brothers to the End Elite Gear Pack.

The Brothers to the End pack was a pre-order bonus. In order to qualify, you had to have pre-ordered the game before October 11, 2016. When did you pre-order or purchase your game and from where? Having that info will help us better understand.

I've went and talked to my best buy retailer and they don't know about the pack what I've ffound online is this.

It appears to be a conflict with Gears of War ultimate edition DLC.

Because Adam Fenix is actually DLC for Gears of War Ultimate edition.

Installing the brothers to the end uninstall the adam fenix pack in Gear of war Ultime edition

Reinstalling the adam fenix pack will uninstall the brothers to end from gears of war 4

Gamestop- Physical Gear Pack, Elite Gear Pack with Vintage Del Pack

Amazon- Elite Gear Pack with Vintage Del Character

Best Buy- Elite Gear Pack with Vintage Del Character

Buying the game for a limited time will also come with all the other Gears of War games
