Gears of War 4 - Brothers to the End DLC

I have a problem. I preordered Gears 4 physical disc. Install it, got the update. I do not have the Brothers to the End pack. I am missing the characters and skins. Xbox Live sent me a message for an operations gear pack which I can get on the
11th, but nothing else. Microsoft says all preorders get the Zombie Dom, etc...... How do I go about downloading this specific pack?

Adam Fenix Glitch Gears of War 4..Help!!!!!

It appears to be a conflict with Gears of War ultimate edition DLC.

Because Adam Fenix is actually DLC for Gears of War Ultimate edition.

Installing the brothers to the end uninstall the adam fenix pack in Gear of war Ultime edition

Reinstalling the adam fenix pack will uninstall the brothers to end from gears of war 4

 

Missing The Brothers to the End Elite Gear Pack DLC code.

Pre-orderd Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition, still missing the pre order bonus DLC: The Brothers to the End Elite Gear Pack.

 

Do you have Gears of War ultimate edition for Xbox one? (the remake of the original greats). You need to have that to screw the skin packs for gears 4.

 

I do have it. How does that help me get the Brothers to the End character pack for Gears 4?

 

I pre-ordered off Amazon and EVEN THOUGH THEIR PAGE STATES I GET IT. I NEVER RECEIVED A CODE. They just told me that they're not giving it out and to reach out to Microsoft. Talked to technical supports or whatever and just ended up being told to post here.
You have no idea how annoying this is. Have a reference number go,I'm someone can actually even help me out. Beyond annoyed.

 

I called Microsoft 2 times. First time, I was told it was Epic's problem and to call them. Epic said it was microsoft's problem. Second time I called, the lady told me it was because I bought the physical disc. I told her that EVERY preorder gets the
Zombie Dom, etc. She said no way, which isn't true.

 

I was looking at the Q&A post and in the second question, first paragraph after the asterisk blurbs. . . It talks about getting the character pack. I don't know if that is the one you are talking about or not.

 

The pack is called Brothers to the End. It has Zombie Dom, Tomorrow Marcus, Tomorrow Anya and a couple of weapon skins.

 

Microsoft support told me to come here. I to ordered off amazon but no code for brothers to the end elite gear pack please some one help?

 

I preordered a physical disk from the Microsoft store and I didn't get the brothers till the end pack either. They keep on passing the buck to the other person. This is frustrating
