Gears of War 4 bought with FNAC deal but the code seems "already used"

As the previous ambassadors mentioned and are correct. You will need to request a call from support. You can use this guide I created to get to request a call.

When you go to Contact Us to get it to request a chat follow these steps:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
  
• Step 3-----select show contact options
  
  Step 4 ----select request call from support
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

for an issue like this it is best to contact Xbox Support by Phone and explain the situation and see what they can do or advise to do.

If the console was previously owned or opened it is up to the retailer you purchased it from to handle the replacement. Just to clarify, you get the Gears of War collection (1, 2, 3 and Judgement) with both the Standard or Ultimate edition of Gears of War 4. See here

You'll receive your codes for the titles within 1 month via an Xbox Live message. Codes are being sent out in waves, so it's hard to estimate a more precise time-frame (though they have already started to be sent out).
