Gears of War 4 Beta Matchmaking not working!

while I'm not entirely sure I would be able to get help here as it is a beta I'm still going to make a thread here just on the off chance I'm able to.

So I received a beta key for the beta on Tuesday and have only been able to play five or six games of the beta by joining off friends.What is happening is whenever I search for a game on any gamemode it will start up as usual (Match status:comparing
skill ratings,evaluating match quality etc.) but once it hits "Match Status:Good Luck Solider!" It will stay frozen for 2-3 minutes (varies from time to time) then it will return me to the main menu saying "Failed to connect to server" or "Connection to server
lost".I would just continue to join through friends but that stopped working yesterday.I have tried to uninstall my game and have disconnected my xbox for hours at a time but to no avail.This has ruined the beta for me and I was hoping somebody knew a fix
to this.Thanks!

Seeing as this is a Beta, it wouldn't surprise me that the issues described above stem from the simple fact Gears of War 4 is running on testing servers right now and might be experiencing queue issues and connectivity problems. I do not think there is a
clear-cut fix for this as the Gears team continues to work on the server capacities. You might see improvements, or even more slowdowns, as the Beta turns Open on April 25.

The Gears of War 4 beta is not a code included in the box. Instead, you should receive the code close to when the beta begins. We do not have any information to share as far as the timeline for the Gears of War 4 beta will be. Be sure to launch and play
some Gears of War: Ultimate Edition while connected to Xbox Live in the meantime!
