Gears of War 4 beta key already in use

Hello,

I got a Gears of War 4 beta key from the official MS site: Gears of War 4 | Xbox ,cause I played the Gears of War Ultimate Edition.

I tried to redeem the code instantly but it told me that this key is already in use.

I searchend the web for this issue but didnt find anything. So I contacted the MS support.

A friendly guy named Kevin told me that this code is in use indeed but on another account.

He gave me the link of this forum and said that he cant send me a new code or anything else. I should post my problem here.

So I hope for a quick response, cause I wanna play this (hopefully) great game.

Gears 4 Beta key

I bought and started playing Gears UE 28 August where my key in the beta 4? April 19 already ends ?!

I'm a bit worried that my beta key got sent to one of my roommates accounts on my Xbox which are password protected. Is there anyway to check to make sure this isn't true, or to just send my account a key? Eagerly waiting to try out the beta!!

 

Is there any chance to get a reply?

I am one of the lucky guys who got the code at the first day but I still have to wait cause of a system issue or something else. Great job!
