Gears of war 4 beta download code already used?

I got a message from Xbox with a code for gears of war 4 beta. I tryed to redeemed it but it said it was already used. I contacted support and the guy I talked to said it was redeemed on a different acount yet I only have one account. He said to post my
problem here and that when the Xbox form team confirms that the code is not in use by my account, they would message me a new code. I hope that is true cuz I play gears of war: ultimate edition and really want to play gears of war 4 beta to see if it's as

Does anyone have a spare Mirror's Edge beta code?

I have Gears 4 beta code to trade if interested.

 

My code actually redemmed but didnt start downloading and i cant find it anywhere, I think that since maybe the file size was more than the room i had left on my hard drive, it just didnt download.

 

I was told by support that if Xbox sees this and conforms it true they will send me another code
